I started in real estate in 2001, first as a Seattle townhome developer. You can trace the launch of my real estate career back to 1997, when I purchased my first home as a result of knocking on the homeowner’s front door! This exemplifies what I achieve for my clients today – uncovering every opportunity to help clients successfully buy and sell real estate.
My business career encompasses education and training in accounting and finance, business valuation, and real estate development and brokerage. This collective experience of a strong work ethic, financial analysis, and customer service benefits my clients before, during, and after the real estate transaction closes.
My personal interests include Seattle’s professional sports teams, enjoying the wonderful Pacific NW hiking, and our family vacations especially to Hawaii. I live in the Magnolia neighborhood and can often be seen walking the Magnolia Bluff with my wife, Jacquie.
Speaking of Hawai’i, I am also a licensed realtor in the State of Hawaii and love helping friends and family with their island real estate dreams.
